Chocolate Barfi

Chocolate barfi is a must-have sweet in any Indian festival or occasion. Generally, one prefers to get it ready from the market. However, making it at home ensures the quality and hygiene. If using homemade mawa, make it beforehand to give it time to set. The standard ratio of white barfi layer to the chocolate one is 60 : 40. It can be adjusted to equal quantities or even kept wholly chocolate.
