Lauki (bottle gourd) is one thing which can make people run. But this lauki chutney is something not many have tried. Eat this chutney with rice or rotis/parathas and you will become Fans of Lauki!!!
Prepare the ingredients.
In a pan, heat oil. Add urad dal.
After the color changes to light brown, add dhaniya seeds, jeera, hing, and green chillis.
You can add a pinch of Jaggery powder to keep the spice level under control.
Transfer the chutney from mixie into a bowl.
Serve with steamed rice or parathas.
