Summer cooking with Prawns and Garlic!

Ingredients

  • 700 gms Prawns peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic nicely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Then add garlic chilli to the pan. This needs to be heated for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
  2. You would get nice garlic aroma once the garlic is done and turns slightly brown. Now add prawns to the pan and increase the heat to high.
  3. After cooking it for 3-4 minutes you will notice the prawns turning a slight pink. Continuously stir and cook for some more time till the prawns are well cooked.
  4. Sprinkle some pepper powder and remove from heat. Sprinkle some finely chopped parsley for garnishing.

Recipe Notes

Note - This recipe can even be prepared with butter instead of olive oil. Butter too gives a nice aroma to this dish.
